  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

Delivery Time

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Incorrect Address

VFierce is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, VFierce is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
