At VFierce, we want you to feel confident and empowered in every set you wear. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and liners must be intact

  • Items must be free of odors, stains, deodorant marks, or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on sports bras or bottoms if they have been worn or if the protective liner has been removed.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, promotional items, and discounted purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order for the desired size or style (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VFierce is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly assist you.
